[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Feel like im on fire

Wow this sounds intense. Pranayama will help fill yourself with the breath. Sitali pranayama will have a cooling effect as will left nostril breathing feel the earth below nurturing and supporting you and ground the energy down. This moon is intense I am not sleeping much so am doing breath work and meditation as much as possible.
