[Kundalini Yoga] For those who have trouble starting...



Sometimes for me I just plunge in with a one-hour set. Some times that seems to much for me to consider.
Today I did this meditation, "to heal, console, and wash away all negativity"
It is easy and my copy does not have a time on it. I first was going for 3 min, then I was going for 11 min, then I got disturbed so I stopped about 7 min.
It seems to make my head feel more clear, altho maybe it is my imagination as it seems like a big result from a little effort.

So here is the med:
Seated in Easy Pose, hands in Gyan Mudra, inhale in 8 equal parts, silently chanting WHA
On each part, striking each chakra in turn, then projecting the sound around the body.
Exhale, releasing the silent chant
GURU
to infinity, relaxing and merging with the shabd.
