Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Namaste Friends.

Sat Nam,

When I started Kundulini Yoga, what helped me get some steadiness and helped me go for the first 40 days was - what seemed like a small commitment - Kirtan Kriya for 11 minutes each day, for 40 days. It is only 11 minutes, but it helped me clear the karmic baggage that I had to clear before being able to establish the next 40 days practice. God help you find the key to your first 40 days practice :). If you think my key could help, there is a very good presentation of Kirtan Kriya Meditation on www.youtube.com.

Love and light,

I am the same way. I told myself I'd try for 40 days, of course, I haven't.
I told myself that I'd not get down on myself, and just start over, but I
haven't done that either. Like you, I always feel so much better even after
one session. How do we get over this?

Take them, and they'll see; show them, and they'll understand; share with
them, and they'll care.

I am always restarting and stopping.
I don't understand why I don't stick with it.
All my life there has been something wrong in my head that leads me to bad
decisions and bad acts.
Only Kundalini Yoga has straightened out the mess in my head so I see and
act and relate clearly.
Even one session makes me feel good.
Yet I stop.
Well this group has always been a support to me, and once again, reading
these posts I wonder - why not do it and stay with it?
