I am always restarting and stopping.
I don't understand why I don't stick with it.
All my life there has been something wrong in my head that leads me to bad decisions and bad acts.
Only Kundalini Yoga has straightened out the mess in my head so I see and act and relate clearly.
Even one session makes me feel good.
Yet I stop.
Well this group has always been a support to me, and once again, reading these posts I wonder - why not do it and stay with it?
