I have recently started doing the Complete Adi Mantra Meditation. This relesases in me an incredible amount of energy!!! And I have been doing only 5 minutes a day for three days in a row (5 repetitions in one breath).
Is it meant to be done regularly or is this for exceptional cases?Is there a maximum time like 31 mn or more?
I wanted to commit to this for 40 days but I wonder if the effect would not be unecessarily strong!?! Or does it change after a while? Please comment anyone who has experience of it!Sat Nam and may the longtime Sun warm you all!
