I endorse the suggestion
Relax and look at it like a gift - for sure is there to teach you
something, at least until the effect of Kirtan Kriya kicks in..... ie.
starts giving you its benefits and peace of mind.
You might say, how can it be a Gift, because lot of memories (Happy ?)
are associated with that "BROKEN HEART".
Well, please take it as mirage. It was not real. Forget the past and
march on the real journey ahead.
